Pay nothing for 90 days.
Then pick how it scales.
Pilots are free. Production runs on one of three models. Pick the one that matches your appetite for capex, ownership, and upside.
First five lot owners. 90 days at no cost.
We install the signage, configure your validating tenants, set up payments and SMS, and run the platform for 90 days. You keep 100% of the revenue. After 90 days you decide whether it stays.
Pay for the platform, the build, or share the upside.
One of three. We'll recommend based on your portfolio size and how much you want to own. Most pilots convert to Build + license.
Build + license
The default. Lowest 5-year TCO for a single-portfolio operator.
- BRCG retains IP, you get an enterprise license
- 10–14 week phased build (see /how-it-works)
- Productizes for other Cville lot owners later
- Reference status on case studies in exchange for first-mover discount
Own the build
The clean ownership story. Best when you don't want a software-vendor relationship long-term.
- You own the code outright
- Codebase ships to your GitHub org
- BRCG retains no rights to productize it elsewhere
- Higher upfront, much lower lifetime cost
Revenue share
Aligned incentives, no capex. Best for risk-averse owners or testing a small portfolio.
- Zero upfront, BRCG takes 5% of all parking revenue
- 12-month minimum to recoup BRCG build cost
- Same product, same caps
- Compare to AirGarage 30%, Piedmont 8–15%
The product is the same across every model.

Pricing questions
Does pilot cost cover hardware?+
Yes for the host-stand tablet during the pilot. Cameras are optional and not part of pilot cost. Two hardware paths: QR-only (signage + tablet, ~$400-700 one-time, no monthly hardware fee) or LPR camera ($200-1,500 + $35/camera/mo Plate Recognizer). Full breakdown on /for-landlords/hardware.
Do I have to install a camera?+
No. Camera-less enforcement works through the operator app: staff walks the lot via /admin/patrol on a phone, types unfamiliar plates, and the platform flags non-validated ones for tow with one tap. Best for small lots and pilots. Lots over 40 spots or with downtown walk-by traffic usually want a camera within the first quarter.
Can I switch models later?+
Yes. Most pilots convert to Build + license, but you can switch to Own the build by paying the difference, or move to Rev share if you want to defer cash outlay. The contract doesn't lock you in.
What about Stripe processing fees?+
Pass-through at cost (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for cards, 0.7% on Stripe Billing for subscriptions). We don't mark them up.
Are there per-spot or per-session fees?+
No. All three models are flat. We don't take a cut of your hourly revenue, monthly revenue, or event revenue. The only line items are the SaaS, the processing pass-through, and hardware you opt into.
Discounts for multi-lot portfolios?+
Yes. Two lots is -15%, three or more is -25% on the SaaS line. The build cost is the same since the platform is multi-tenant from day one.
